We all have a journey and a story to tell — and mine has shaped the way I show up as a therapist. Through my own experiences with OCD, anxiety, major life transitions, and becoming a parent, I’ve learned firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone there to listen, support, and hold space when things feel overwhelming.
Those experiences, along with my education and training, have inspired me to help others find their way through life’s challenges.
In therapy, we’re a team. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, uncover your strengths, and work toward the changes you want to see. My approach is holistic and flexible, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods to meet your unique needs.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow — one step at a time.
